Great wine should be opened, not admired from afar.

At Bar Parisette, we believe exceptional wine should be within reach. While many restaurants mark up their wine lists three or four times wholesale cost, our philosophy is different. We intentionally keep our bottle prices lower than the industry standard so more people can enjoy great wine.

Our Cellar Pours are an extension of that philosophy.

Each evening, we open a special bottle from our cellar and offer it by the glass. That might be a rare vintage, an older wine, a benchmark producer, or simply a bottle we’re excited to share. Instead of committing to the entire bottle, you can experience a single glass. Tomorrow’s pour will likely be something completely different.
