Le Grand Aïoli

2 Year Anniversary Celebration | June 28th, 5:00pm

To celebrate Bar Parisette’s second anniversary, we’re gathering around the table for one of Southern France’s most beloved summer traditions: Le Grand Aïoli.

Le Grand Aïoli is more of a celebration. Long tables and ample chairs take over village squares. Bountiful plates of seasonal vegetables, seafood, and garlicky aïoli are served as families, friends, and neighbors come together to share a communal feast of the summer harvest. The table is abundant, the pace is leisurely, and the focus is on good food, good wine, and good company.

On Sunday, June 28, we’ll bring this tradition to Bar Parisette with a family-style feast featuring peak-season produce from Mick Klüg Farms, Nichols Farm & Orchard, and other favorite local growers, alongside seafood.

The feast will be accompanied by glasses of Champagne poured from magnums and a selection of special Provençal rosés, including an option to purchase pours from some very special bottles (20+ year old Tempier Rose in magnum anyone?)

$60 per person plus tax and gratuity.

Single communal seating at 5:00 PM in the dining room.
Not joining us for the Grand Aïoli? Our bar area will remain open throughout the evening for burgers, fries, and soft serve.

As Bar Parisette turns two, we can’t think of a better way to celebrate than sharing one of our favorite Provençal traditions with all of you.

Le Grand Aïoli on June 28 will be our final Sunday service before a small change to our weekly schedule.

Beginning July 7, Bar Parisette will be open on Tuesdays, adding an extra evening each week to join us for dinner, wine, and happy hour. As a result, we will no longer be open on Sundays.

We’re sending Sundays off the way we think they deserve: with a long communal table, Provençal rosé, peak-season produce, and Le Grand Aïoli in celebration of our second anniversary.

Join us on June 28 for one last Sunday gathering, and we’ll see you on Tuesdays starting July 7.
